Yesterday was a quite hectic day being the first day of the week...This morning I woke up with one sentence in my mind - "I am starting up a brand new day!". Gave a thought to whats going to be there today...however, its going to be a secret until the day unfolds what it has in its store...

It feels good when i remember...

It feels good when i remember few moments of past... this is one of them. It was a Sunday evening, and i had prepared for the semester exam I had the next day. I had decided that I will not study any more as I might get confused and forget whatever I had studied. Decided to listen to some music, now the big task came of selecting few good ones from more than thousand songs that I had saved on the comp.. Finally stopped searching when I read the title - Woh pehli baar jab hum mile - from the movie Pyar Mein Kabhi Kabhi... it was the fist time that I was to listen to this song... I choose winamp and clicked on play.. the song began... its such a nice song that I heard many times on that day... later on decided that I should learn this song! got the book and pen...hitting play and pause once in a while i was able to write all the words of the song... spent few minutes and I was ready to hummm the song without seeing the notes... Well... today, I was searching for a document in my cupboard!(as usual, I misplace it and when needed I search entire room).. got the CD which has my fav songs.. placed it in the comp and click play and the first song that began to play was this one making me feel good when I remembered the day I first heard this song... here is the video of it...

Mungaru Male

Mungaru Male - deserves a place on my blog. Very nicely picturised movie with good performance, songs and dialogues. The best part of the movie is that the ending looks like realistic and not like other movies!! The scenes in the rain...the songs...the dialogues...the performance...the story...thats what has made this movie a big hit... The music is so aligned to the locations and the rain that it makes listening a wonderful experience...

The Awakening...

Got these nice lines in a mail...very true...

A time comes in your life when you finally get it ... you stop dead in your tracks and somewhere the voice inside your head cries out - ENOUGH! This is your awakening...

You realize it's time to stop hoping and waiting for something to change...or for happiness, safety and security to come galloping over the next horizon.

You come to terms with the fact that you are neither Prince Charming or Cinderella and that in the real world there aren't always fairy tale endings and that any guarantee of "happily ever after" must begin with you.You awaken to the fact that you are not perfect and that not everyone will always love, appreciate or approve of who or what you are...and that's OK.

You learn to open up to new worlds and different points of view. And you begin reassessing and redefining who you are and what you really stand for.

You learn the difference between wanting and needing and you begin to discard the doctrines and values you've outgrown, and in the process you learn to go with your instincts. You learn that it is truly in giving that we receive. And that there is power and glory in creating and contributing and you stop maneuvering through life merely as a "consumer" looking for your next fix.

You learn that you don't know everything, it's not your job to save the world. Then you learn about love. How to love, how much to give in love, when to stop giving and when to walk away. And you learn that alone does not mean lonely.

You learn that life isn't always fair, you don't always get what you think you deserve and that sometimes bad things happen to unsuspecting, good people. You learn that God isn't punishing you or failing to answer your prayers. It's just life happening. And you learn to deal with evil in its most primal state - the ego.And you hang a wind chime outside your window so you can listen to the wind. Finally, with courage in your heart you take a stand, you take a deep breath, and you begin to design the life you have always wanted to live....

Time again...

Wel its been more than five months that I posted anything on my blog...hmmm...got involved more with work and could hardly find any time to either post on the blog or be on orkut.. Sometimes its quite difficult to manage things..its because you have too much to do and very little time, however better managing the time can help :) I hope I try to manage time wel and have time for blogging..which I like to do...
