time flies...so does the blog grows...

Rising with years...

Random thoughts took an electronic form during the December 2004 with the "What's Happening" revolving around my thoughts going digital. The blog since then has been a form of transmitting the random thoughts... The time has flown with a velocity of a rocket. I remember the days when I was studying MBA, it was then I posted my first post on to this blog. Since then around 328 posts have filled in the server space with more than 8000 computers/mobiles hitting the blog. The journey continues...so does the random thoughts keep going digital...

The Present...

One step in the past and the other in future we rarely walk in the present and we rarely enjoy what it offers!

it was much needed...

A good break was a much needed one... and place like Goa is the best to have a break..relaxing, and refreshing. With my friends it was a nice trip and we covered places like Kolhapur, Ganapatipule along with Goa. Be it the train journey, or waiting for the bus on a highway during the early morning hours when the clock was striking 2 AM, or be it the taxi drive...all was fun. Mouth watering food or the cool breeze from the sea and the rising and falling tides..all added fun to the memorable events.

Pics from Kolhapur and Ganapatipule...

the good old C

the language C, I think is the simplest and most powerful language to program a software. Have learnt other high-end languages till Java, however I feel nothing is as simple and as addictive as C. I remember the days of my graduation when I wrote programs in C for solving problems related to some prime number series, calculus, integration or some programs even for fun - making the com act funny by printing the content in the document backwards, etc! I wonder how the technology has been evovling at a rapid pace..initially it was microprocess which use assembly language codes (very difficult to remember when you really want to write a program) then moved on to high level language like C, C++, SQL, Java, VB, .Net, etc... The area of software programming has been changing rapidly at a pace higher than a processor! and somewhere I feel I am lagging behind at the same pace :(
